Rulio: Cart & Checkout Rules collects the following data from your Shopify store to provide its services:

• Shop domain and basic store information
• Product, variant, and collection data (to define rules)
• Customer tags (for B2B / customer-specific rules)
• Order history (for lifetime order limit features)

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used solely to:

• Evaluate and enforce cart & checkout rules you configure
• Display rule violation messages to your customers
• Provide analytics and reporting within the app dashboard

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your rules and configuration data are stored securely in our database. We retain data for as long as the app is installed on your store. Upon uninstallation, your data is deleted within 30 days.

4. Shopify Compliance

We comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:

• customers/data_request: We provide all stored customer data upon request.
• customers/redact: We delete customer data upon request.
• shop/redact: We delete all shop data 48 hours after uninstallation.
